Enter details required to sign up
Enter phone number, check your phone for verification SMS and enter the code the tracker.
Check email for verification code/link and verify your email account

Login to your account on www.zwichfx.com
Click on Buy Crypto from the dashboard
Select Bitcoin from the options
Enter the amount of bitcoin to buy in USD or GHS
Enter bitcoin address and choose preferred Miner’s fee
Paste your bitcoin address or choose your saved bitcoin address
Enter the purpose of purchase. (Optional) It could be for personal investment, portfolio building, forex trading, cryptotrading, etc
Click on Preview Order to confirm all the details entered.
Once details are confirmed, click Proceed With Order to complete your buy order
Your order will be confirmed and processed.

To have your Buy and Deposit options enabled, after 48 hours of registration you will need to verify your ID. Kindly follow the steps below.

Upload a clear picture or selfie of you holding a valid ID (These are the ONLY accepted IDs - Passport, Drivers License, Ghana Card or NEW Voters ID)

Read the instructions carefully and do accordingly.

Do take note that verification can take up to 48 hours.

Navigate to Settings from the Menu and choose Security Settings
Navigate to My Profile and click on Verify Phone Number or Resend Verification SMS
Enter or Select the phone number you want to verify.
Click Send Code to receive an SMS with the Verification Code and Tracker.
Enter the Verification Code and click Verify Phone Number
Your phone number is verified now.

Dial *170# on your MTN mobile money phone
Enter 1 to select Transfer Money and press Send
Enter 1 to select Mobile User and press Send
Enter 2 to select Merchant and press Send
Enter our Merchant mobile money number(0545904873 - Penta Hub Consult ) shown in your account and press send and repeat
Enter the Amount and press Send
Enter your reference. It can be your username or "zw". DONT ENTER CRYPTO or BITCOIN PLEASE.
Enter your Secret PIN after you have cross checked and press Send
Get the MTN Transaction ID from the SMS message you receive from MTN.
If you don’t receive the SMS message after 30 minutes, call MTN customer service to retrieve the Transaction ID

Visit the order you created and add the payment details

Dial *110# on your Vodafone cash phone
Enter 1 to select "send money" and press Send
Enter 1 to select Vodafone network and press Send
Enter 1 to select enter recipient number press Send
Enter our vodafone number in the instruction menu and press Send
Enter the amount and press Send
Enter your reference. It can be your username or "zw". DONT ENTER CRYPTO or BITCOIN PLEASE.
Enter your Secret PIN and press Send
Get the Vodafone Cash Transaction ID from the SMS message you receive from Vodafone.
If you don’t receive the SMS message after 30 minutes, call Vodafone Cash customer service to retrieve the Transaction ID

Visit the order you created and add the payment details

Login to your account on www.zwichfx.com
Navigate to Wallets from the menu and choose Make A Withdrawal
Enter the Amount
Select The Mobile Network and the account/number
Click Withdraw Funds and enter amount
Enter your mobile money details and click on Make Withdrawal Request
Your withdrawal request will be confirmed and your mobile money account credited
